• We sell thermal paper rolls, billing printers, ECG rolls, and barcode labels
• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible
• We reserve the right to modify products without notice
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and subject to change

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking
• Orders are processed after payment confirmation

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery within 3-7 business days across India
• Shipping fee: Free for orders within 30km, ₹100 beyond 30km
• Delivery address changes must be requested before dispatch

5. User Account

• You must register to place orders
• Keep your password secure
• You are responsible for all account activity
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is owned by ThermaPro and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ThermaPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
