1. Shipping Coverage

We ship thermal printing products across India:

  • All major cities and towns
  • Remote areas (may take additional time)
  • PO Box addresses not accepted

2. Shipping Charges

Distance-Based Shipping:

  • Within 30 km: FREE Shipping
  • Beyond 30 km: ₹100 Shipping Fee

Distance calculated from our warehouse in Mumbai to your delivery address.

3. Delivery Timeline

Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune

3-5 Business Days

Other Locations

Tier 2/3 cities and towns

5-7 Business Days

*Delivery time starts from order dispatch. Weekends and public holidays not included.

4. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation immediately after payment
  • Processing Time: Orders processed within 24-48 hours
  • Dispatch Notification: Tracking details sent via email/SMS
  • Bulk Orders: May require 2-3 days additional processing

5. Tracking Your Order

  1. Login to your ThermaPro account
  2. Go to "My Orders" section
  3. Click on order to view tracking details
  4. Use tracking number with courier partner's website

You'll also receive SMS/email updates at each delivery milestone.

6. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable courier services:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • India Post

Partner selection based on location and fastest delivery option.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts
  • Customer must be available to receive the package
  • ID proof may be required for verification
  • If all attempts fail, package returns to warehouse
  • Reshipping charges applicable for redelivery

8. Address Changes

Address modifications:

  • Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately - free address change
  • After Dispatch: Not possible. Coordinate with courier directly
  • Wrong Address: Customer responsible for redelivery charges

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of damaged package/product
  3. We'll initiate investigation with courier partner
  4. Replacement or refund processed after investigation

Do not accept visibly damaged packages from courier.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping coming soon!
