Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

After Dispatch:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
• You may refuse delivery and request return

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

• Defective or damaged products
• Wrong product delivered
• Products not matching description

Return Conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Include original invoice and labels
• Return shipping costs are borne by ThermaPro for defective items
• Customer bears return costs for change of mind (if accepted)

3. Refund Process

Eligibility:

• Refunds approved after product inspection
• Defective products replaced or fully refunded
• Wrong products will be replaced at no extra cost

Timeline:

• Refund initiated within 2-3 business days of return approval
• Amount credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• UPI refunds may be faster (1-2 days)

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used thermal paper rolls
• Products with removed labels or packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Printers with broken seals (unless defective)

5. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time free exchange for defective products within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges subject to product availability.

6. How to Initiate Return/Refund

2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Share photos/videos of defective/wrong product
4. We'll provide return instructions and pickup details
5. Refund processed after inspection
